Pictures and details of the accommodation in our self catering holiday rental apartments in Artola, near Puerto Cabopino and Calahonda. We have three apartments in Artola Gardens - two have three bedrooms and are on the 4th (top) floor and the other (this page) is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms.

There is a hairdressers and pharmacy in the Artola Gardens block and ample off-road parking. A mini-market, bank, late night supermarket with in-store bakery and a selection of good quality restaurants and cafe/bars are within easy walking distance. The beach and marina at Puerto Cabopino is less than 10 minute's walk.

Hotel Artola is adjacent, a classical Spanish 3-star Hotel with bar and outdoor terrace. Please see our accommodation and amenities pages for more details of what is available in the vicinity of the apartments.

This is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the ground floor of the Artola Gardens block. The accommodation includes a living room with dining area, and a separate kitchen. Sliding glass doors in the living room open onto the large terrace which is west facing with views over the landscaped garden where the private pool is situated. There is a double bedroom with glass sliding doors also opening on to the terrace, a second bedroom with twin beds, and a bathroom with shower/ bath and bidet.

The apartment is fully equipped for 4 guests. An inflatable extra bed can be supplied for a small fee if needed for an extra guest. All bed linen, towels, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are supplied.

Cooking facilities consist of an electric hob and combination microwave/electric oven. There is also a washing machine, and a drying rack for the terrace. Electric kettle and toaster complete the kitchen facilities.

The living area has a sofa and armchairs. There is satellite TV with BBC package including Sky news etc, a DVD player and a hi-fi music centre, also dining table and chairs.

Other facilities include ironing board and iron, hair-dryer, and lockable safety deposit box for your valuables.

The spacious terrace has sun-loungers and an extra sitting/dining area.

The terrace faces West, looking over the landscaped gardens, receiving the warm Costa del Sol sun until the evening.

The terrace is gated and opens onto the lawn and garden area where the swimming pool is located.

There is a lockable safety box for your valuables, also iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

There is also a bathroom with bath/shower and bidet.

The small, mainly residential block is quiet
and the pool is a peaceful place to relax.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment block you will find a pharmacy, hairdressers, Bank, late night Supermarket with instore bakery open 7 days, minimarket, pizzeria and a selection of good quality restaurants and cafe/bars.

The restaurants include Indian, chinese, Italian, German, Spanish and include The Village Inn where you can enjoy barbecue grilled steaks and watch free flamenco shows on Saturday and Wednesday nights during the Summer. Hotel Artola, a quiet, classical spanish Hotel, is next to the apartment and is open to non-residents.

Puerto Cabopino beach and marina are less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment and you can enjoy freshly caught seafood in the chiringuitos (beach cafes) as well as in the selection of high quality restaurants and bars in the marina area. More Cabopino information.
